The Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corp. approved holding its annual meeting in late May but left the details of the meeting to staff.

The JSDC annual meeting approves the audit of the organization and announces awards for economic development efforts in the area. The 2020 edition, planned for April, was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The JSDC Board of Directors approved events either in person, by video or a hybrid combination of the two as determined by the JSDC staff closer to the time of the event at its regular meeting Monday.

The JSDC Board also approved a Flex Pace loan for Advantage Properties, the parent company of Advantage Electric. The Flex Pace loan will be used to reduce interest costs for a construction loan to demolish the current Advantage Electric building and construct a new building at the same location.
