The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have opened their latest legal action against unauthorised pictures being taken of them in Canada. Meghan and Harry have also complained of being harassed by the photographers and insisted their privacy is being infringed. While speaking on the BBC royal expert Dickie Arbiter argued the royal couple was living in “cuckoo land”.
He added the pair should opt for an out of court settlement rather than pursue a court battle over the issue.
He noted that Meghan appeared to be smiling in the picture and was well aware of the paparazzi in the area.
The royal expert also doubted the paparazzi were hiding in the bushes to take the pictures.
The BBC host said: “We know that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have now issued a legal warning over these pictures of Meghan walking her dogs with baby Archie.

“They were hoping that this decision might change that, what do you make of what is happening Mr Arbiter."
Mr Arbiter replied: “Well if they thought the decision to move Canada was going to change anything, they are living in cuckoo land.
“It hasn’t changed in Canada.
“If they decide to go to the United States it will be even worse.
“I doubt whether the photographers were hiding in the bushes.
“I think Meghan was well aware of the photographers there.
“She looked beaming, happy and smiling.
“I think they are pushing the envelope a little bit too far if they think they are going to be able to sue the paparazzi on this one.”
