Groton Town 

David S. Beebe, 53, of 515 Noank Ledyard Road, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with operating motor vehicle under suspension, failure to drive in proper lane and following too closely with intent to harass or intimidate.

Alexander C. Clemmons, 28, of Danielson was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Andrewilliam J. Martinez, 41, of 39 Village Lane, No. 6, was charged Monday with violation of protective order.

Jimmy L. Smith, 34, of Bristol, R.I., was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespass and misuse of emergency 911 system.

Ariana N. Gonzalez, 20, of 41 Eastern Ave., New London, was charged May 7 with cruelty to animals, violation of protective order and third-degree assault.

Nicole J. Morlando, 35, of New Haven was charged May 7 with sale of controlled substance and two counts of possession of controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of cannabis.

Carrina A. Parrino, 33, of West Haven was charged May 7 with driving under suspension, failure to drive in proper lane, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Norwich

Jerone Viera, 23, of 609 Boswell Ave. was charged Wednesday with interfering with police, home invasion, risk of injury to a minor and fifth-degree larceny.

State police - Montville

Thomas Schattauer, 60, of 532 Route 164, Preston, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Kenneth R. Carter, 35, of 217 Mopsic Court, Norwich, was charged Monday in Montville on a warrant for evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.

Kevin Thomas, 34, of Bridgeport was charged Monday in Montville with being a negligent pedestrian and second-degree breach of peace.

Matthew T. Murray, 29, of Bozrah was charged Saturday in Montville with reckless endangerment, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with a minor in the vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, traveling too fast for conditions, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and littering.

Waterford

Marquise Smith, 31, of 70 Mountain Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Jonathon Allen, 36, of 19 Jay St., New London, was charged Wednesday with operation of motor vehicle when license is refused, suspended or revoked and failure to display or return, improper use or obstruction of, or having damaged plates.
