The Guild Hotel has partnered with local health and fitness studio, BARRE + Bay Wreath, to host free, monthly Sculpt & Flow Series of classes. The 60-minute classes will offer a full-body isometric experience with a focus on sculpting the core along with mindful meditation to strengthen the body and calm the mind using the Bay Wreath Co. technique.
The ongoing events will feature wellness packages, Instagram-able photo ops and networking. On September 25th and December 11th, there will also be swag bags and giveaways (worth over $1,000 each) which will include a one-night stay at The Guild Hotel. These events are in partnership with ALO Yoga and are free to attend, but space is limited so you must sign up first.
Below you can find a list of the Sculpt & Flow Series events: All classes start at 11AM.
