2021-22 school year registration for all students will be done online
VICTORIA, Texas – Online student registration for Victoria I.S.D. will begin on Monday, May 3 for the 2021-2022 school year. All students, both current and new, attending V.I.S.D for the 2021-2022 school year must register using the online system. This include Pre-K students, as well. The registration system is available in English and Spanish.
Next week, a Snapcode letter will be emailed to parents of students currently enrolled in V.I.S.D. The Snapcode is a key to the child’s Victoria I.S.D. enrollment data. Parents will use this to access the online enrollment process for a current student. For parents with more than one child currently enrolled, there will be a unique Snapcode received for each current student.
When registering a new student to V.I.S.D., parents will log on to the V.I.S.D. online registration link beginning May 3 to register for the 2021-2022 by clicking on the “New Student Enrollment” link. A Snapcode will not be needed for new students.
Through the online registration process, parents will be able to submit information and upload required documents directly to the district using a computer, smartphone or tablet. Unless contacted by school staff, most parents won’t need to visit their child(ren)’s campus to complete the registration process.
Parents will need to upload, email, mail, fax or hand-deliver to the school the documents listed after the online registration process if their child is NEW to the district. Proof of address and parent/guardian photo ID must be provided for both NEW and CURRENT students. Student(s) entering grades Pre-K, Kindergarten or 7th-grade will need to provide a current immunization record. The school will contact parents if additional documents are needed.
If a student’s registration isn’t complete via the online system by the first day of school, they will not receive a course schedule and/or may not be assigned a school/teacher. V.I.S.D. encourages parents to complete the online registration process as early as possible.
Registering early online allows the school district to plan accordingly for classroom space at each campus.
If a parent does not have access to internet or needs help with the online registration process, he/she can contact any V.I.S.D. campus during regular business house to make an appointment for online registration assistance.
