Royal historian Suzannah Lipscomb claimed the Queen's speech on Sunday will emulate the message of that in her 1991 Gulf War address. In this address, the Queen expressed her hopes for peace, unity, minimal suffering, and swift resolutions. Speaking to Sky News, Ms Lipscomb noted the Queen would display a similar message as the world attempts to deal with the coronavirus health crisis.
The royal historian also claimed the Queen could get more personal than she previously has in her addresses.
Ms Lipscomb said: "I imagine it will be more like the address in 1991 during the Gulf War.
"During that address, she talked of the need to unite and she asked people to pray and she expressed her hope that the loss of life and suffering will be as minimal as possible.
"I imagine we are going to hear exactly those sentiments, that she will call on us to unite and to pray and that she will express her hope for minimal suffering."

Ms Lipscomb added the Queen may have reflected on past speeches from the Royal Family in times of crisis.
The Royal historian said: "I wonder if she is thinking of the example of her father speaking when World War 2 broke out and her mother during the Blitz.
"This is a woman who knows her history and was there at the time and I think she will reflect on those things."
The royal historian also noted why this speech is likely to be different from the Queen's previous addresses to the nation and Commonwealth.
The Queen's Gulf War speech was intended to raise morale and hope among the British people during a difficult time period.
During this address, the Queen said: "As a nation, we are rightly proud in our armed forces.
"That pride has been fully justified in their conduct in the Gulf War so far.
"As they, with our allies, face a fresh and yet sterner challenge I hope that we can unite.
"I hope that we can unite and pray that their success will be as swift as it is certain.
"We also hope that it may be achieved with a smaller cost in human life and suffering as possible.
"Then may the true reward of their courage be granted, a just and lasting peace."
