Dancing on Ice professional skater Hamish Gaman has announced that he will not be appearing on the reality show tonight (February 16).
The skater shared the news on Twitter, explaining that he has been "struggling".
He wrote in his statement that "the past three and a half months have been the worst of my life" and added, "it might look like things have been calming down, but they aren't".

Gaman was originally partnered with model Caprice on the skating contest but they parted ways after a couple of weeks, with Caprice being re-partnered with skater Oscar Peter.
She later quit the show altogether, saying that she had made the decision for her "mental wellbeing".
But Gaman revealed that the scrutiny has not stopped, writing that "numerous defamatory articles have been stopped from running in the press over the past few weeks," and "these untrue stories are continually being fed to the press by a 'source'."
He continued: "It's become relentless and I feel extremely vulnerable. I'm asking them to stop. I desperately want to move on from all of this and focus on the skating. I've done absolutely nothing wrong, and was told by the team who reviewed all the rehearsal footage that I was an 'exemplary pro'."
He ended the statement by writing: "I'm so sorry to not be on the ice tonight, but I couldn't face it. Thank you for your support and kind messages".
He has received a huge amount of support from fans on social media, who have been sending him their best wishes following his statement.
Dancing on Ice continues on Sundays on ITV.
