HARRY Styles has reassured fans that he is okay following his shock Valentine's Day mugging.
The 26-year-old star was threatened with a knife in Hampstead earlier this month, with Harry escaping unscathed when he handed over the cash.
Just days later, the former One Direction hunk performed at the Brit Awards, and was in high spirits as he laughed and joked with host Jack Whitehall.
Now Harry has directly addressed the unsettling incident after US TV host Carson Daly checked in on him.
Harry was performing live on the plaza for The Today Show earlier, with 46-year-old Carson enquiring: "I want to start, there was a news report about you getting mugged in London... We don't have to get into it, but are you okay?"
The singer smiled wryly as he replied: "I am okay, yes.
"Thank you."
Harry went on to thank the presenter once again, adding: "Thanks for asking, thank you."
Harry was left "extremely shaken" by his mugging ordeal in a quiet residential road near a pub on the edge of Hampstead Heath.
The star is believed to have been walking alone shortly before midnight when the attacker pounced.
A source told us at the time: "A man stopped him in the street, pulled out a knife and demanded he give him all the cash on him.
"It was a really terrifying moment and happened really quickly. Harry was really calm and collected in his response.
"He kept his cool and spoke to the man and handed over everything on him. Then the man legged it."
The Sun Online later revealed that the Dunkirk actor has now beefed up his security by hiring one of Mick Jagger's bodyguards - who accompanied him to the Brits.
An insider shared: "Harry was on great form at the Brits, chatting to everyone and having a great time.
"But we did notice his bodyguard was with him that evening. That’s understandable given that he was mugged so recently and has been the victim of a stalker in the past.
"Like Mick, he has to take security very seriously. And as Mick is such an idol of his, it makes sense that he would look to him to inspire his choice of staff — as well as his choices of fashion and hairstyles."
