Britain's Got Talent act returns to audition for record 11th time - digitalspy.com

You'd imagine that continuous indifference towards your Britain's Got Talent auditions would put most performers off, but not magician David J Watson.

Tonight's (April 11) premiere episode of the 2020 series features a record 11th audition from David, but will this man on a mission finally get a chance to perform in front of the Queen?

Welcoming David back to the BGT stage, judge Simon Cowell reflects: "You have come back more than any other contestant, but it hasn't always gone great. So, what you have learned that's gonna turn it around for you this year?"

"Confidence, enthusiasm and you know, I'm gonna enjoy the audition, do my best and do whatever I can," declares the magician, while the studio crowd go crazy.

Meanwhile, fellow judge David Walliams recently teased a "scary" moment from one of this year's auditions.

Walliams himself is invited onstage by a motorcyclist, but if he hadn't kept incredibly still during this performance, the judge's meat and two veg could've actually been crushed.

He explained: "It was quite scary because I didn't really know what he was doing, but I just put my trust in the show that I wasn't going to get hurt.

"I guess it was pleasurable for Simon to see me in danger!"

Britain's Got Talent returns tonight (April 11) at 8pm on ITV, followed by Britain's Got Talent Unseen on the ITV Hub.
