Gwyneth Paltrow has shared her advice on the best vibrators to use amid the coronavirus lockdown.

However, with couples advised to stay indoors in a bid to stem the spread of the deadly COVID-19, Gwyneth has given tips on how lovers can spice up their sex lives while in isolation.
The article, titled 'The best vibrators for solo pleasure and partner play’ lists a number of vibrators that users can enjoy on their own or with a partner.

In the 56 minute video, Paltrow revealed that her two children Apple, 15, and Moses, 13, who she shares with ex-husband Chris Martin, are struggling with not seeing their friends.
'I think we all feel, especially my teenagers right now, are feeling really pent in,' she said, adding that her eldest is a 'really social creature.'
Gwyneth went on to lament her and Brad's lack of privacy in their mansion, pointing out: 'As a couple it's sort of like, where do you go as a couple when you're all in the house and you've got dogs, and work, and work from home?'

Gwyneth added she had 'a friend' who wanted her to ask Michaela what to do to cure a feeling of being non-sexual due to anxiety over the coronavirus chaos.
'I have a good friend who follows your work and knows we are going to speak today,' the actress said, who revealed her pal is having a real hard time feeling sexual' during this time.

Michaela – who has previously talked about tantric sex with Gwyneth at Goop events – told the actress she had a 'pleasure course' women in lockdown could follow.
She told Gwyneth that 'most women I've talked to are not feeling very sexual... the female body when put under stress goes into survival mode'.
'Food, comfort and eating sweets to up the body fat; most women are reporting these are the things they want to do. They don't want so much pleasure.
