PiNK has spoken out about her battle with "rollercoaster" coronavirus symptoms.
The singer and her three-year-old son, Jameson, are recovering from COVID-19 after they started showing symptoms a few weeks ago.
Alecia “P!nk” Moore, 40, revealed her diagnosis on Friday, but took to Instagram Live on Saturday to describe what the coronavirus is really like.
She said both her and her son had been “been really, really sick" and Jameson “has had the worst of it."
The So What singer added: “There were many nights when I’ve cried and I’ve never prayed more in my life.
“It’s funny, but at one point, I thought they promised us our kids would be okay. It’s not guaranteed. There is no one that is safe from this.”
Her husband Carey Hart and their daughter Willow, eight, were both doing fine despite P!NK and Jameson's illness.
She added: “I’ve kept a journal of his symptoms for the past three weeks and mine as well. He still, three weeks later, has a 100 temperature.
"It’s been a rollercoaster for both of us, but Carey and Willow have been perfectly fine.”
Both the singer and Jameson were doing a lot better, but they are still feeling very sick.
She said: “We’re better than we were... last week I was on Nebulizers. I’ve had asthma really bad, had it for my whole life. It got really, really scary, I’m not gonna lie. In the beginning, all we were hearing was ‘If you’re young, this is 65 and older, all of the kids are fine.’
“Yes I have asthma, but Jameson, he’s three, he’s perfectly fine.
“We live in the country, right. The worst thing that attacks us here is pollen or mountain lion."
The star added: “I’m hoping we are out of the woods but this thing is a rollercoaster. Just when you think you are better, something else happens.”
P!NK pointed out that her and Jameson were "fortunate" enough to be tested when they started showing symptoms of coronavirus.
She wrote on Instagram: “Just a few days ago we were re-tested and are now thankful negative.
"It is an absolute travesty and failure of our government to not make testing more widely accessible."
She continued to criticize the United State's response to the pandemic: “This illness is serious and real.
"People need to know that the illness affect the young and old, healthy and unhealthy, rich and poor.
“And we must make testing free and more widely accessible to protect our children, our families, our friends and our communities."
P!nk then revealed she will make two MASSIVE contributions, the first to honor the hospital her mom Judy worked at for 18 years.
She said: “In an effort to support the healthcare professionals who are battling on the frontline everyday, I am donating $500,000 to the Temple University Hospital Emergency Fund in Philadelphia in honor of my mother.
"Additionally, I am donating $500,000 to the City of Los Angeles Mayor’s Emergency COVID-19 Crisis fun."
Though she kept her diagnosis a secret from the public, she has regularly posted videos with her family on social media as they quarantined in their Los Angeles home.
She shared a series of baking sessions and clips singing to her baby boy as she gave him a bath and sing-alongs with eight-year-old daughter Willow as she learned piano.
The pop star also posted at-home workouts doing push-ups while her two-year-old sits on her back and also showed the little one getting a bath as she sang gospel tunes to him.
