The change was seen in paperwork for new sustainable tour firm Travalyst. In the documents, the Duke of Sussex does not use his HRH title, nor Mountbatten Windsor - his family name.
Harry is also no longer using the surname Wales.
While he was still at school and in the army, the Duke would use the surname Wales.
His name on the registration documents appears as Prince Henry Charles Albert David, Duke of Sussex.
Last week the couple revealed they are to launch a charity called Archewell - which they claim is named after Ancient Greek word 'Arche’, the Greek word meaning ‘source of action’.
After the couple’s move to California, Prince Harry set up an office in Beverly Hills and another in London.
On official documents Harry is referred to as: 'Individual Person with Significant Control'.
The source of the business is listed as "other professional, scientific and technical activities not elsewhere classified".
According to the Royal Family website: “The Prince of Wales chooses to alter the present decisions when he becomes king, he will continue to be of the House of Windsor and his grandchildren will use the surname Mountbatten-Windsor.”

“We intend to step back as ‘senior’ members of the Royal Family and work to become financially independent, while continuing to fully support Her Majesty The Queen.”
Buckingham Palace issued a statement in response hours after the shock announcement.
The response stated: "Discussions with The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are at an early stage.
“We understand their desire to take a different approach, but these are complicated issues that will take time to work through.”
On March 30, the couple announced they would no longer use their “SussexRoyal” brand, including their website.
This means the Sussex Royal Foundation, created in July last year, will never be inaugurated.
In their final Sussex Royal Instagram post, they wrote: “What’s most important right now is the health and wellbeing of everyone across the globe and finding solutions for the many issues that have presented themselves as a result of this pandemic.
“As we all find the part we are to play in this global shift and changing of habits, we are focusing this new chapter to understand how we can best contribute.”
