Jodie Whittaker's first series of Doctor Who had some great episodes ('Rosa' and 'Demons of the Punjab', anyone?), but overall it did feel like there was a lack of some really iconic and scary monsters.
But according to star Bradley Walsh, Jodie's second series (and 12th overall since the 2005 revival) is going to feature plenty of beasties to scare you witless.
Speaking to the good folks over at RadioTimes, Walsh said: "I've got to say, be prepared for the monsters, because there are some monsters that will absolutely make your hair curl.

"There's a couple of monsters that they've come up with that are absolutely terrifying – and I mean terrifying."
We think Bradley Walsh knows a thing or two about what is terrifying and what isn't, seeing as he has to deal with the Chasers on the regular.

Although the new series isn't set to air until 2020, Jodie Whittaker made her return last night (November 15) on stage to surprise a young fan as part of the Children in Need telecast, and it was just the loveliest and most wholesome thing.
Doctor Who airs on BBC One in the UK and BBC America in the US.
