The tune is available to buy from Saturday with proceeds going towards Together For Short Lives and Shooting Star Children’s Hospices.
Finalists, Max and Harvey, Jenny Ryan, V5 and the show's winner Megan McKenna all recorded parts of the single.

Turning to father-of-one Simon after the video had aired, host Dermot O'Leary asked for the judge's thoughts.
But overcome with emotion, Simon struggled to speak as he lifted his glasses and placed his hand over his eyes while crying.
Fellow judge Nicole Scherzinger tenderly rubbed his arm while his girlfriend Lauren ran to his side and wrapped her arms around him.

The former TOWIE star, 27, beat tough competition from Jenny Ryan and Max and Harvey to be crowned the winner, following her awe-inspiring performances of her song This and a rendition of Leona Lewis' One More Sleep.
