Wednesday's row saw Ian lash out at Andrew for helping himself to another portion of beans.
Speaking in the Bush Telegraph, Ian said: 'I’ve had enough, it’s the hypocrisy of it, that just winds me up.'
Ofcom have told MailOnline they have received 32 complaints about 'perceived bullying towards Andrew' during Wednesday night's episode.
Viewers were quick to criticise Ian's reaction, with Loose Women star Denise Welch asking if Ian would slam his friend James Haskell in the same way.
'Would Ian talk to James like he talks to Andrew? No!!! #imaceleb,' the TV star tweeted, prompting a stream of tweets agreeing with her.
Here we go again: Wednesday night's episode saw former footballer Ian, 56, and comedian Andrew, 44, have yet another squabble after Andrew ate beans when he wasn't supposed to
'He is a bully,' tweeted another viewer. 'Singling out one person, makes the others grateful it's not them, so they back him up to keep him sweet. No matter how annoying Andrew might me, it's not ok to be afraid to talk in case someone attacks you.'
Another wrote: 'I personally don't think Ian or Andrew are coming off great but Ian tonight was something else and not in a positive way. He needs to stop throwing temper tantrums.'
'I know we only see a snippet of what goes on, but how he's coming across and being portrayed is a bully,' read another tweet.

'Bully': 'He is a bully,' tweeted another viewer. 'Singling out one person, makes the others grateful it's not them'
But Ian's wife Nancy, who he married in 2011, has defended the ex footballer, telling The Sun when she touched down in Brisbane on Wednesday 'I think everyone gets a bit tetchy after a while.'
Nancy continued: 'He has his moments but he's doing well. I don't think it's anything particular between them. They're both quite strong characters.'
'I can't wait to see him,' she added. 'It's been a long time not seeing him. 'I think he's doing brilliantly. Lots of challenges but he's doing really well.'
Ian's close friend and colleague Harry Redknapp told MailOnline ahead of his jungle stint that the former fooballer would 'blow' during his time in camp.
Harry, who won the 2018 series of the ITV show, said: 'I like Kate [Garraway]! But I’d like Wrighty [Ian Wright] to win it - I think he’s gonna blow though. I know him better than anyone and he’s got a short fuse. He’ll get hangry!'

Disagreement: Wednesday night's row between Ian and Andrew came as the camp all sat together for a meal
Wednesday night's row between Ian and Andrew came as the camp all sat together for a meal. Kate cooked and stirred the beans and asked if everyone was happy.
Ian said: 'Can you get Myles to taste it to see if….' Kate jumped in and said: 'No, no because we’ll get punished,' referring to the fact campmates can’t do their previous roles.
Ian said: 'Jacqueline just tasted it, it’s fine to taste, just not stir.'
Andrew said: 'Maybe err on the side of caution.'
Ian said: 'What, he can’t taste it? What are you talking about? Jacqueline just tasted it.' Andrew said: Yeah but she wasn’t cook before.'
Squabble: The pair have had a number of disagreements during their time in the jungle with the latest coming down to Andrew eating beans when he wasn't supposed to
Not happy: Jacqueline Jossa also chimed in and reprimanded Andrew for eating the beans, worried the group would get in trouble
Unimpressed, Ian responded: 'What’s that got to do with anything, so you’re saying people can’t taste the food?' Andrew said he wasn’t saying anything.
Talking in the Bush Telegraph, Kate said: 'We’ve been in here a while now and we’re living in close quarters and everyone has very different personalities and people deal with what they’re going through in very different ways and we’ve had a few flare ups.'
The camp all sat down and enjoyed their beans, Andrew helped himself to more beans and Jacqueline saw.
The actress said: 'If we want to win stars, we must make sure we’re following all the rules because you can’t serve yourself.'
Kate asked: 'You’re not allowed to serve yourself?'
Rule break: Jacqueline told Andrew: 'If we want to win stars, we must make sure we’re following all the rules because you can’t serve yourself'
Jacqueline said: 'It’s all about serving the portions.' Andrew realised he made a mistake.
Jacqueline said: 'Cause you just said about tasting a bean and you’ve just served yourself which is contradictory to what you’ve just said.'
Andrew said Jacqueline was right and the former EastEnders actress added: 'Just make sure everyone does what they’re meant to do.'
Speaking in the Bush Telegraph, Ian said: 'I’ve had enough, it’s the hypocrisy of it, that just winds me up.'
Later, Andrew sat up in the Jungle tree house and James joined him to see if he was doing OK after the disagreement. James said: 'Just checking if you’re alright?'
Apology: Andrew said Jacqueline was right and Jacqueline added, 'just make sure everyone does what they’re meant to do'
Andrew replied: 'It’s just so many more days to go, I’m trying to give him [Ian] as much space as possible.
'In hindsight I shouldn’t have criticised him for the bean thing but the thing is, would he have flipped at you like that?'
James said: 'The thing is he’s disappointed about the morning, the star thing. You’re an important part of the group, Ian’s temperament shouldn’t dictate that you don’t engage, I just want to check you’re OK.'
Andrew said: 'Yeah, I really appreciate it.'
Checking in: Later, Andrew sat up in the Jungle tree house and James joined him to see if he was doing OK after the disagreement
Andrew and Ian's latest squabble comes after they had a disagreement during Tuesday's episode when Andrew took a nap instead of helping Caitlyn with the washing up.
The Ex On The Beach narrator had just returned from his Bushtucker Trial and was feeling too tired to wash up, which annoyed Ian.
Ian then said to him: 'James went to help with the dishes and what I’m saying is that because you got the stars, Caitlyn wanted to do it (washing up) and you went to sleep and you didn’t do your job.
'We have so much time to sleep. Do you understand what I’m saying?'
Andrew agreed and said that in future he will: 'just do them when she wants to do them in future, no bother my end.' They agreed there were no hard feelings.
Their discussion comes after Andrew accused Ian of shouting at him on Sunday night's episode.
Unimpressed: It comes after Ian was left feeling miffed after Andrew went to take a nap following his Ark of Agony Bushtucker Trial instead of helping Caitlyn with the washing up
