'She won't sign an NDA. As far as she's concerned, he is welcome to his money.
Lots to say: However, Lisa, who tied the knot with Ant in 2006, has allegedly vowed she 'won't be silenced' and rejected the NDA (pictured 2001)
'It's not about that for her. She's appalled at the way she has been treated ever since they split up, by people she loved, trusted and called friends.'
A source close to Ant is also said to have told the website that he has agreed to a second formal arbitration with Lisa.
They said he is not trying to pressure her to sign the NDA and that he will sign one too to stop the case going to court.
The website also claims that Ant has not been allowed back into the £6m Chiswick, West London home by Lisa - which she currently lives in - since he left rehab and he has been unable to pick up personal belongings.
The source added that Ant was hoping to get the details finalised before he headed to Australia for I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here and has made Lisa an 'incredibly generous offer.'
They said that Ant is now 'genuinely worried' about what could happen in court as Lisa knows 'where all his skeletons are buried.'

Following Ant's joyous arrival in Australia with Anne-Marie, Lisa liked a tweet which read: 'I think Ant should enjoy his time in the jungle before @lisaAmakeup gets him in the courtroom and wipes the smug smile off his face.'
The beauty guru also liked: 'Lisa I just saw a beautiful picture of you and Ant you were stunning really , then straight across is Ant and that woman , the one you let into your home in a baby pink dress huge high heels holding hands obviously for others benefits , You have your day in court !! So would I xx'
Lisa also urged her fans to 'not believe the lies' and hinted the imminent court date was not about money but with 'having a voice in a dreadful situation'.

The Strictly head make-up artist liked the following messages: 'I would guess that this has absolutely nothing to do with money and everything to do with having a voice in a dreadful situation. That's priceless. Well done for keeping your dignity Lisa. #ClassyLady #Winning'.
She also gave the heart emoji to: 'So proud of how you have handled yourself girl. Go forth and do it for every one of us women who have been treated the same. We are all behind you x'.

It comes hours after The Mail on Sunday reported that despite efforts by the television presenter to keep their split low-key by offering her a substantial chunk of a £62 million fortune, she still wants her day in court.
Ant is believed to have offered her more than half of his estate to help ensure the divorce could be finalised quickly and away from court.
Instead, by allowing a judge to rule on a settlement, Lisa risks being awarded a lower sum. However, sources close to her insist she isn't concerned about money.
Lawyers are said to be preparing for a High Court hearing next year, which could mean details of the couple's marriage being made public, along with revelations about Ant's battle to overcome his drink and drug addiction.
The exes must also come to an agreement about the custody of their beloved five-year-old chocolate Labrador, Hurley, who spends alternate weekends with each of them at present.
Lisa, who is currently living in their £6million marital home, is understood to feel Ant 'got away with a lot' following their split in 2017.
The couple married in July 2006 and announced they were divorcing in January 2018.
Lisa then made it public how deeply hurt and betrayed she was when he moved on so quickly with his former personal assistant and her former friend, Anne-Marie.
Ant could make a plea to the judge to stop the hearing being made public – but because there are no children involved and he has already done several interviews about his personal life, it is unlikely he will be successful.
