Jennifer Aniston has explained why she felt 'isolated' after Friends ended.
The actress played Rachel Green on the hit sitcom and will make her television return this week with Apple TV+'s The Morning Show.
Jennifer plays renowned news broadcaster Alex Levy, whose world is thrown into chaos when her co-host Mitch Kessler (Steve Carell) is fired over sexual misconduct allegations.
And while speaking recently about the show, Jennifer revealed that she could relate to her character being a well-known TV personality and the "isolation" it brings.
"I understand that, with people having connections to Friends," she told Entertainment Weekly.
"I understand the isolation – not wanting to be seen, not wanting to be public, not wanting to have to go on a red carpet.
"It's not always easy to go out there and have to be the person that you have to be."
The Morning Show recently debuted to a pretty mixed critical reception.

Friends airs daily on Comedy Central in the UK and is also streaming on Netflix.
