Prepare to put your social life on hold for the next three weeks as I’m A Celebrity 2019 takes over our TVs – and indeed our lives.
The new series of the show kicks off tonight, with Ant and Dec reunited on the show and presiding over a line-up which includes the likes of Nadine Coyle, Ian Wright, Caitlyn Jenner and Roman Kemp getting to grips with jungle life.
There’s been plenty of talk about how much the celebs are earning for their time in camp also – with Jenner said to be a particularly costly signing – but just how much is everybody getting paid for taking part?
Here’s what you need to know…
Who is earning the most on I’m A Celebrity 2019?
Although exact salaries have not been confirmed, Caitlyn Jenner is thought to be bagging the most for her stint on the show.
The 70-year-old was reported ahead of the start of the series to be pocketing £500,000 for taking part – one of the highest the show has ever dished out.

However Ian Wright is thought to be not too far behind her with a rumoured pay packet of £400,000 – although that’s a little less than Harry Redknapp claimed he was getting recently.
The 2018 king of the jungle accidentally let the secret slip during a guest appearance in Nottingham, saying – according to an audience member: ‘Interestingly, he let slip that Ian Wright has been paid £1m to appear on this years #ImACeleb.’
What are the other contestants being paid?
The actual salaries of the celebs braving camp aren’t confirmed, but according to The Sun Nadine Coyle is also earning over six figures, apparently nabbing £250,000 for her part in the show.
Kate Garraway and Jacqueline Jossa are both thought to be earning £75,000 for taking part, while former rugby union star James Haskell and DJ Adele Roberts are both said to have I’m A Celeb pay packets of £50,000.
Roman Kemp is reportedly earning £40,000 while Rak-Su’s Myles Stephenson is said to be in line for a £25,000 payday.
Comedian Andrew Maxwell’s salary for the show has not been reported – but it has been claimed that should Coronation Street’s Andy Whyment enter the show as a late arrival, he’ll be doing so to the tune of £100,000.
When does I’m A Celebrity start?
The series kicks off on ITV on Sunday night at 9pm.
