Jacqueline Jossa has admitted she aims to dispel the public's misconceptions about her during her upcoming stint on 2019's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!
The former EastEnders actress, 27 - who quit her role as Lauren Branning in the BBC soap last year - insisted she's excited for viewers to discover the real Jacqueline as the show marks her first-ever reality TV appearance.

Making a statement: Jacqueline Jossa has admitted she aims to dispel the public's misconceptions about her during her upcoming stint on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!
The soap star rose to prominence as outspoken Lauren on EastEnders in 2010, and left the soap late last year in a bid to spend more time with her children.
Aside from work, Jacqueline and former TOWIE star Dan, 28, have repeatedly hit headlines for claims of cheating on his part, most recently with Love Island's Alexandra Cane - a rumour both parties have firmly denied.
With labels of being a 'pushover' and 'doormat' attached to her image, the TV actress hopes her stint will give fans a clearer understanding of who she truly is.
The mother-of-two explained: 'I think people think I am a pushover or a doormat. I also think some people pity me.

'I want to show I am fine, I am up for a laugh and that I will go for it and try my best. It’s going to be so difficult going in as me and that’s definitely going to be the hardest part.
'I've never done a show where I have been myself. And I am also scared of everything – especially spiders! They are the worst, there will be tears!'
Jacqueline - who is also step-mum to Dan's son Teddy, five, from a romance with Megan Tomlin - confessed she's dreading staying apart from her family for potentially three weeks.
'This is definitely the longest I have ever been away from them and that is going to be really hard. My family is so close-knit and I will miss them all terribly', she said.

Despite admitting she's 'scared' to take on the show's frightening challenges, her supportive husband thinks she'll be a 'good' contestant.
Jacqueline elaborated: 'He is excited and he’s coming over to meet me when I come out.'
The former Sweat the Small Stuff panellist - who recently launched her Performing Arts Academy in Bexleyheath - figures her pals will be surprised to find out she's joined the line-up as she 'doesn’t do creatures'.
She added: 'My old colleagues on EastEnders are going to be shocked. I don’t think they can imagine me in there. I don’t like creatures. It is not my thing.
'I have also never done rock climbing, jumped out of a plane or camped in my life. I am not that kind of girl.'
Despite her fears, Jacqueline enthused: 'I am really excited. This is something completely different and it’s going to be a totally new experience.

This is one of those shows where you come out feeling proud of what you have done.
