Women ruled the show at this year's E! People's Choice Awards, with Jennifer Aniston, Gwen Stefani and P!nk all honoured as icons.
More than a billion votes were cast to decide the winners at the ceremony, which is one of the biggest awards shows in the US - and all voted for by fans.
Here are some of the biggest moments from the show.
"Kindness is an act of rebellion"
P!nk was named the People's Champion Icon for her work with charities including Planned Parenthood, Autism Speaks and No Kid Hungry.
With her children looking on from the audience, the singer gave an inspiring speech about making a difference - encouraging people watching to "get together with your friends and change the f****** world".
"I am a dumbass derelict from Doylestown and I have managed to change a little part in my little worlds," she said. "There is so much to be done. I don't care about your politics. I care about your kids. I care about decency and humanity and kindness. Kindness today is an act of rebellion.
"There are people that don't have what you have. Help them get it. There is a planet that needs help. It feels good to help, it feels powerful to help. Stop fighting each other and help each other."
As US footballer Alex Morgan, who introduced the star, put it: "Talk about mom goals."
"Have I been around this long?"
Jennifer Aniston paid tribute to Friends as she accepted her People's Icon gong.
In a speech that had the audience laughing throughout, she started: "This has always been special to me, you know, because as actors, we don't do this for the critics or for each other, or to make our families proud. You know? We do this for the money.
"I'm kidding. We do it for you guys. Come on, seriously, we really do. And none of us could do what we do if it was not without all of you. And you have all been so good to me over the years."
She then joked that when she discovered she was being given an icon award, "the first thing I thought was holy sh**, have I been around this long? Turns out I have."
The actress then paid tribute to the show that started her career.
"This word, icon. It's only because I was able to be on an iconic show. Friends was truly the gift of a lifetime and I would not be standing up here without that amazing show, without those amazing five other actors, and without the audience who stuck with us for a decade.
"It paved the way for everything I've had the chance to do since and it feels so good."
"I used to hate fashion"
From No Doubt to Hollaback Girl to LAMB designer, Gwen Stefani has long been a style icon. And now it's official.
In her acceptance speech for the Fashion Icon of 2019 award, the singer said her unique style was part of her heritage.
"My mom, my grandma, my great-grandma (all) sewed clothes," she said. "My mom would come home from school, and my grandma would have made her prom dress, so I feel like my favorite thing in my life is to go to the fabric store with my mom and pick out different looks… it was always there, so the fact that this is happening now is hard to imagine, because it's just what I do."
"I love fashion, and I think one of the biggest blessings of the whole thing is just all the amazing, talented designers and people that have taught me all the things that I know. Because I used to hate fashion. I used to feel like, 'That's for the rich people, I'm just going to go to the thrift store and make my own thing,' and that's what I did my whole life and now here I am with this award."
Stefani also got another shout-out, when boyfriend Blake Shelton was named best country star.
Thanking P!nk for making it acceptable to swear at the show, Shelton said on stage: "Gwen Stefani, I love the sh** out of you."
Kevin Hart receives standing ovation
In his first public appearance since a serious car crash just two months ago, Kevin Hart accepted the award for best comedy act from Robert Downey Jr.
"First and foremost, thank God because I definitely don't have to be here," Hart said during his acceptance speech.
"Being that I am, it makes me appreciate life even more. It makes me appreciate the things that really matter - family. I want to think my wife and kids, who really stepped up to the plate for me.
"I also want to take the time to thank the People's Choice Awards, but more importantly, the people. You have no idea the effect you have on us as entertainers. Your energy, your support, it means the world and I truly want to thank you guys for being there for me through my difficult time."
Kardashians rule
After 18 seasons, could anyone beat the Kardashians? Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian took to the stage alongside their "momager" Kris Jenner, and thanked fans for their support.
"This means so much because the fans voted for this," said Kim.
"You guys have been there for us for 18 seasons... and you've seen so many evolutions, and growth and transformations from all of us, personally, professionally, and we're just so glad that we're still entertaining 18 seasons later."
