The actress, who is currently starring in Apple TV+ series The Morning Show, certainly commanded attention when she arrived on the red carpet and posed for pictures.
The former Friends star dazzled in a stunning cream gown, before taking to the stage to collect her award.
Jennifer opted for a figure-hugging satin number for the Los Angeles event which clung to her curves and then pooled on the floor.
A sash just below the waist added an elegant flourish to the ensemble.
The ex-wife of Brad Pitt, 56, who was also at the award ceremony, decided to ditch her bra for the occasion, causing the thin fabric of the dress to reveal a little more than intended.
Her nipples were impossible to miss when she posed for pictures at the star-studded Hollywood award ceremony.
Wearing her hair loose in a classic sleek style, the movie star completed her look with make-up in pink shimmery hues to let her let her natural beauty shine through.
She introduced some sparkle to the glitzy event with a pair of diamond teardrop chandelier earrings.
During the event, Jennifer took to the stage to collect an award for her portrayal of Alex Levy, the co-host of a breakfast TV programme on The Morning Show.
She received the Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series accolade, earning the show its first Hollywood award.
Earlier in the year, the series as well as both Jennifer and her co-star Reese Witherspoon, 43, were nominated for a Golden Globe Award.
