LEWIS Burton has denied splitting from Caroline Flack as the former Love Island host plans to break her silence - one month after she was charged with assaulting him.
The tennis player, 27, took to Instagram to deny the claims after the Sun Online exclusively revealed he was "back on the market."
Sharing a picture of him and Caroline, 40, to his Instagram Story, he wrote: "We ain't split. Can't wait to see you."
Meanwhile, Caroline posted a short statement to her profile which read: "I'm going to speak today... mine and my families life is no longer up for entertainment or gossip."
Caroline's post comes hours after we revealed the couple had parted ways — a month after a court banned her from contacting him.
The toyboy was already said to be texting another woman as Caroline returned to the UK following a trip to LA.
Our source explained: “The communication ban and distance between them over Christmas and New Year has done Lewis good.
“He is ready to move on with his life now.”
“Lewis is single again and ready to get back out there on the dating scene."
They added: “He has been thinking about going on dates and it would be fair to say he has put the feelers out there.
“He’s definitely got his eye on someone else already and been flirting with her over messages. He is letting her know he’s ready when she is.”
Caroline was arrested in the early hours after the alleged bust-up at her flat in Islington, North London.
Days after her arrest, the star stepped down as presenter of Love Island.
She is alleged to have hit tennis coach Lewis over the head while he slept, causing a head injury.
A court heard that one police officer “likened the scene to a horror movie”.
The alleged attack is said to have happened after Flack found texts on his phone, and thought he was cheating on her.
After the December 23 court hearing, Lewis wrote online: “It’s heartbreaking I can’t see my girlfriend over Christmas.
“Arguments do happen every day in every relationship. Gutted I am not allowed to protect her right now.”
