Sophie Piper missed out on Thursday's Love Island challenge after suffering from a mystery illness inside the villa.
The reality star, 21, was too ill take part in the 'Lads Vegas' task, where couples climbed up a greasy slide before the boys presented their girls with a ring at a wedding chapel.
During the show, voiceover man Iain Stirling, 31, kept quiet on details by saying that 'Sophie's ill so she is sitting this one out'.
