BBC radio star Stephen Clements shared a picture montage of his kids and family hours before suddenly dying aged 47.
The heartbreaking final post included a love heart and a praying emoji, a day before it emerged he had died.
The BBC Radio Ulster presenter's Twitter and Facebook pages have been flooded with devastated fan tributes.
Hundreds of people wrote they were shocked by his sudden death and told how he had made their mornings with his show on Q Radio.
One person tweeted: "Such a shock! What a funny, talented and entertaining character Stephen was on radio.
"Thoughts and prayers with his family."
Another wrote: "Absolutely gutted hearing this, such an amazingly funny and kind man.
"You helped Northern Ireland wake up and start their day laughing for so many years with your talent. RIP Stephen."
He joined Radio Ulster in September last year, saying the move was his "dream" job.
The host is survived by his wife Natasha, and their two young children, Poppy and Robbie.

Heartbroken fans posted their upset at the news below his final tweet.
One said: "I don’t know anyone who was as devoted to his children as he was. Heartbroken for his wife and two babes."
And another added: "So very very sad. A true shining light.
"Stephen stood out from the rest with his smile and humour and humanity. Rest in Peace"
BBC Northern Ireland's Peter Johnston said: "We are sorry to bring you the sad news of the passing of our colleague Stephen Clements.
"Our thoughts are with Stephen's family, friends and colleagues, at this difficult time."
Another BBC colleague, Sara Neill, wrote: "My heart is so sad. A friend, a radio husband, and the man who taught me so much about broadcasting."
The bubbly presenter's Q Radio breakfast show was one of the most popular in Northern Ireland.
A spokesman for Q Radio said: "We are heartbroken today to learn that our former Q Radio Breakfast show host, colleague and friend Stephen Clements has died suddenly at the age of 47."
He co-hosted BBC Northern Ireland's Children in Need programme in November 2019.
Stephen also co-presented BBC Northern Ireland TV series Open for Summer, which aired during the Open Golf Championship at Portrush, County Down in 2019.
Stephen took the reins at Radio Ulster's mid-morning programme from veteran presenter Sean Coyle in 2019.
On Monday, Stephen retweeted a video of Ricky Gervais's blistering comedy attack on Hollywood stars at the Golden Globe awards.
He called the clip "absolutely brilliant" and later hailed Juventus star Ronaldo "not of this planet".
