Zoe Ball had an emotional moment during her Radio 2 Breakfast Show on Friday morning.
The DJ, 49, was left in tears as she joined "hundreds" of DJs across Europe playing the same song in a show of unity amid the coronavirus outbreak.
In a touching gesture, they all played Gerry and the Pacemakers' track You'll Never Walk Alone at the same time.
Her colleagues Greg James on Radio 1 and Lauren Laverne on 6 Music did the same.
Zoe told listeners: "We are going to join in with something very special and beautiful that is happening all across Europe.
"In an act of support and solidarity in the face of adversity and anxiety, loads and loads of breakfast shows are going to play exactly the same song at exactly the same time."
She told listeners that she wants "everyone to know, that whatever they are going through right now, they are not alone".
Zoe said afterwards: "I've got tears in my eyes, I don't know about you.
"I think it's the solidarity … It's reduced us all to tears…
"From something that can be quite scary and worrying for all of us on so many different levels … We are all in it together and we will look after each other and that's something beautiful."
Zoe has continued to present her radio show while much of the country works from home or self-isolates as the coronavirus spreads across the UK.
As of 12pm Friday there have been 246,275 confirmed cases of the coronavirus across the globe.
The worldwide death toll is currently 10,038.
In the UK there has been 3,229 confirmed cases and 144 deaths.
