Karen and Chris wowed the judges and the audience week in, week out as last year’s show kicked off in style.
And Chris’ progress didn't go unnoticed by the judges, who were quick to pick up on his steps each week.
Throughout his time in the competition, his determination made him a popular favourite with those watching at home.
Narrowly missing out on getting to the final, they were eliminated after losing out to CBBC’s Karim Zeroual and Amy Dowden.
In 2012, Karen had a chance at stealing the Glitterball trophy with contestant Mark Wright, from the hit reality show TOWIE whne the two made it to the final.
But the two were beat to the post by Louis Smith and Flavia Cacace.
