Holly Willoughby ruffles feathers with low-cut DOI dress - AOL Travel UK
Viewers have complained that the dress Holly Willoughby wore for Dancing On Ice's launch show was "too low-cut".
The TV presenter – whose outfits are always a talking point – wore the ruffled dress with a deep plunge as she hosted the ITV show's Christmas special with Phillip Schofield on Sunday.
The outfit divided opinion on social media, with some fans saying the stylish star looked "beautiful", but others saying it was a bit risque for their tastes.
"I love @hollywills but why does she find it necessary to wear such a boobtastic dress so early in the evening when children are watching?" tweeted one person.
"@hollywills not impressed with your far to low cut dress," said another viewer.
"Consideration for children would have been nice, oh I'm turning over as don't want to see them either."
One viewer wondered whether Willoughby had "got her dress on back to front".
"Christ on a bike! Holly Willoughby might as well be topless wearing a dress like that!" said another fan.
One person feared the star would freeze.
"@hollywills needs to wear a vest around all that ice, she'll catch a cold," said the viewer.
However, others said it was a lot of fuss about nothing.
"Get a grip" urged one fan, while another said: "Seriously people need to get a life and stop moaning about stupid things.
"Apparently they were all moaning about holly Willoughby's dress on dancing on ice earlier we'll i saw a clip and there's nothing wrong with it."
Dancing On Ice returns to ITV in January.

We hear you, girl! £265, ReissThe Celebrity Juice star also has the best tips for size anxiety too.MORE: Holly Willoughby just wore the puffer jacket you always wanted"When you're trying on clothes - and this is something I've learnt - we really hold on tight to what size we are ... I really think you should try clothes on because sometimes you'll find that even though you're, say, a twelve in a jumper, you'll put it on and it'll be cut big and boxy and you might think 'actually I love this but I might wear it in a ten or an eight and I'll tuck it in'. So ignore sizes and just try stuff on because you should wear it how you want to wear it, and not let the size dictate." Holly Willoughby is a doting mum to three children, and on Monday she gave fans a preview into her home life away from the telly. Taking to Instagram, the This Morning host shared a picture of her three-year-old son Chester's toy car collection, which he had arranged neatly in a giant circle, with a bunny rabbit centred in the middle of it. Holly captioned the post: "Vehicles and Animal(s) by Chester...," but it soon sparked debate among her followers, with the image resonating with parents with autistic children, while others debated that it was simply a photo of Chester's toys. The presenter wore pink for Fairytale Week.
Holly Willoughby's This Morning wardrobe has been on fire lately, and on Thursday's show, the 37-year-old wore the most dazzling burgundy dress. The £169 frock is from high street store Whistles and is cut in a lovely fit and flare silhouette. The flattering midi length has flared, short sleeves and a detachable tie belt which showed off Holly's enviable figure. The best news is it is currently available online now in all sizes. Holly added a pair of high heel shoes by L.K.Bennett and even switched up her standard 'Outfit of the Day' post, by turning to the side and smiling happily at the camera. Berry nice, Holly! Berry tones are big news this season and have even had the royal seal of approval. The Duchess of Cambridge wore a fabulous berry-toned Paule Ka skirt suit at the University College London in November and the same day, Prince Harry's wife the Duchess of Sussex wore a lovely burgundy coat by Club Monaco at the Hubb Community Kitchen. Twinning is winning, right? £169, Whistles Celebrity Juice star Holly is a big fan of Kate. When asked who she'd choose to be stranded on a desert island for a week, the mum-of-three revealed she'd take two royal family members including Prince William's wife. "I'm gonna go for Kate Middleton, because I'm slightly obsessed with her anyway. So I reckon if I get her on a desert Island I can kind of ask her all the stuff I need to know," she told The Sun.
