"Still can't quite believe that I'm in the semi-finals, especially coming in the way I did. It's been the most amazing, amazing experience of my life.
"And you know what - should it all end tonight, then I've just had an incredible time and I can't thank you guys enough for keeping me in the competition for so long.”
The Strictly hopeful concluded: "It has been really, really tough. Mentally and pretty brutally phsyically. Dress rehearsal today went well and I cannot wait to dance tonight. I can't wait! Quickstep and the Paso - two very different dances. But I just can't wait for you to see them. So here goes!”
