She further clarified the sentiment during a podcast interview with The Sun’s Dan Wootton.
She told him: “Thom is lovely but what's going on is that I am very busy.
“It's been a very transitional transformation year for me and I am really focusing on distracting myself with my destiny.”
Meanwhile Thom gushed over how "stunning" Nicole is.
He told the Mail Online: "She’s stunning. And has [romance] crossed my mind? Yes. But we don't have much time."
Nicole had her triumphant return performance as part of The Pussycat Dolls on Saturday night’s X Factor: Celebrity ahead of their 2020 European reunion tour.
