This year's series of Strictly Come Dancing hasn't been hit by the infamous 'curse', and judge Bruno Tonioli is slightly disappointed about that.
Speaking to The Sun, Bruno admitted that he thinks the lack of romance between professional dancers and celebrities has made the show less exciting.

"I've never had anything wrong with the romances – it's actually quite nice when they get together," he said. "It's life. It adds a bit of frisson of excitement when it happens on the dance floor. So I think I was missing that a little bit in this series."
Last year alone, we saw romances blossom between Stacey Dooley and Kevin Clifton, Joe Sugg and Dianne Buswell, and Ashley Roberts and Giovanni Pernice – who weren't even partnered together.
Bruno went on to explain how he and his fellow judges – particularly the usually sharp-tongued Craig Revel Horwood – have had to tone down some of their comments this year, so as not to offend anyone.
"It's not just me that has had to tone it down, I think it's just the general mood at the moment among the judges that you have to be aware of what you say because you don't want to offend anyone," he explained. "I have tried to self-edit as much as I can."
Strictly Come Dancing 2019 airs its grand final on Saturday (December 14) at 7.05pm on BBC One.
