Channel 4 viewers have been left with a big question about furry intruders at tea time following the premiere of the delightful The Tiger Who Came to Tea film.
This classic children's story from author Judith Kerr recently celebrated its 50th anniversary, making it a perfect time for a festive special to premiere on Christmas Eve (December 24).
The Tiger Who Came to Tea boasted a hugely impressive voice cast, including Britain's Got Talent judge David Walliams as the Narrator and Les Misรฉrables' David Oyelowo as Mr Tiger himself.
There was even a brand new song written especially for the film by former X Factor judge and bona fide pop legend Robbie Williams!
While Channel 4's faithful recreation of Sophie's friendship was unquestionably adorable, viewers hilariously questioned the wisdom of letting an increasingly-drunk tiger in for tea!

Viewers may also have recognised Avengers: Endgame's Benedict Cumberbatch and Friday Night Dinner star Tamsin Greig voicing Sophie's dad and mum, as well as The Fast Show's Paul Whitehouse as the Milkman.
This adaptation was definitely met with high praise from Cumberbatch, who said when he joined the cast: "I couldn’t be more thrilled to be playing a small part in bringing Judith Kerr’s timeless children’s classic to the screen for another generation to enjoy."
But he didn't have to feed the tiger!
The Tiger Who Came to Tea aired on Channel 4 on Christmas Eve as part of the network's slate of festive programming.
