MEGHAN Markle and Prince Harry are set to reveal a "world of pressure and pain behind the brave faces", their Africa tour documentary maker has claimed.

Yesterday ITV released a heartwarming clip from the upcoming programme which saw Meghan kissing baby Archie as he was cradled by Prince Harry during their Desmond Tutu visit.

Narrating the 20-second trailer, presenter Tom Bradby said: "The story of their time in Africa was one of passion for their work, pride and happiness but also a world of pressure and pain behind the brave faces."

The presenter has also previously said that the documentary will "explain a lot" about the couple's actions during their latest Royal tour.

It was during their 10-day Africa tour that Prince Harry announced in an emotional statement that Meghan was taking legal action against the Mail on Sunday for publishing extracts of a letter she sent to her father Thomas Markle.

An ITV spokesperson promised that the programme provides "exclusive access to the world's most-talked about couple".

The documentary will highlight the causes Meghan and Harry are passionate about as well as showing how the couple 'balance their public duties and private life under media scrutiny'

As well as "exploring their compassion and move", the documentary also examines the "challenges and pressures Harry and Meghan face living as a young family on the global stage".

Finally, the one-hour programme will investigate how the royal couple try to "balance their public duties and private life under media scrutiny."

Following their split from Kate and William's Royal Foundation in June, it was confirmed last night that former Desert Island Discs host Kirsty Young will be a trustee of Harry and Meghan's Sussex Royal charity when it officially launches next year.

Harry and Meghan: An African Journey airs on ITV at 9pm on Sunday night.

In more Royal Family news, "passive" Prince Harry let Meghan Markle "take the lead" as he "broke royal tradition" at the WellChild Awards, a body language expert claimed.

And The Queen subtly "shoved" Michael Sheen away after he received his OBE to tell him it was "time to go".

Plus Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have confirmed Archie has ginger hair at the WellChild Awards.
