A NEW documentary providing a behind-the-scenes glimpse into Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's tour of Africa will air next week.
And according to presenter Tom Bradby, Harry & Meghan: An African Journey will "explain a lot" about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
While no official details of the show have been released just yet, it's said to be aired on ITV on Sunday October 20 at 9pm.
And Tom, a presenter who has been working on the documentary, has taken to Twitter to give fans an insight into the show.
"Just finished filming a documentary on Harry and Meghan in Africa," he wrote.
"I think it will explain a lot when it airs."
Meghan and Harry embarked on the 10-day trip with baby son Archie towards the end of last month.
While the Duchess and Archie stayed in South Africa for their first tour as a family of three, Harry also visited Botswana, Angola and Malawi.
On day three of the royal tour, the Sussexes introduced baby Archie to Archbishop Desmond Tutu, with Archie, wearing sweet blue dungarees and white socks, stealing the show as he grinned at the camera in his first official outing.
Later in the week, the Duchess of Sussex paid tribute to a Cape Town University student, Uyinene Mrwetyna, who was killed at a post office while collecting a parcel.
Yellow ribbons had been left as tributes and Meghan - who also tied her own ribbon - added a moving message, written by her, in local language Xhosa: “We stand together in this situation.
“Harry & Meghan 26th September 2019.”
Meanwhile, Harry visited Angola, seeing the legacy that his mother Princess Diana started in raising awareness for the threat of landmines.
Giving insight into how the family-of-three have cherished their first royal tour together, Meghan said on the final day: "Please know that you have all given us so much inspiration, so much hope - and above all, you have given us joy."
Meanwhile, Prince Harry said: "Ever since I came to this continent as a young boy, trying to cope with something I can never possibly describe, Africa has held me in an embrace that I will never forget, and I feel incredibly fortunate for that.
"And every time I come here; I know that I’m not alone.
"I always feel - wherever I am on this continent - that the community around me provides a life that is enriching, and is rooted in the simplest things - connection, connections with others and the natural environment."
