Katie Price has branded her two-year driving ban 'b*******' and 'obscene', just days after she was charged with withholding the name of the driver following a collision which involved her Range Rover last November.
In a video posted to her YouTube account on Monday, the former glamour model, 41, hit out at police as she claimed officers 'pull me over to be nosey' following her fourth ban.
The TV personality - who pleaded guilty at a hearing in August - insisted her recent conviction is down to 'paperwork' and revealed she's preparing to appeal against the charge.
Hitting out: Katie Price has branded her two-year driving ban 'b*******', days after she was charged
Providing her social media subscribers with some background about her ban, mother-of-five Katie began her clip: 'I’ve been banned now four times from driving, but it’s actually not me driving but paperwork.
'I was in court yesterday and the lawyers said to the court that I would not be there as I’d be out the country. We proved we’d be out the country, but the judge wasn’t interested in adjourning it.'
The I'm A Celeb star - who failed to turn up to court because she was abroad -reasoned her ability to drive is vital due to her location, her 17-year-old son Harvey's needs and her terminally ill mother Amy.
'I need to drive and I am going to appeal', she said. 'I live in the middle of nowhere, I have a son with disabilities that might need to be rushed to hospital at certain times.

'My mum is terminally ill and I need to visit my mum. If they're banning me for two years how do I know my mum is going to be here in two years' time? I need to be able to get to my mum.
'It's obscene that the courts won't listen just because they banned me before three times, which was also unfair', the Brighton native elaborated.
Katie went on to claim court letters had been sent to houses in her area as they share the same postcode.
The 2015 CBB winner shared: 'My post gets moved here, there and everywhere, so at the moment I don’t get all my posts, but I am going to appeal my driving ban.

'I need to visit my mum': The I'm A Celeb star also insisted she uses her car to travel to her terminally ill mother Amy (pictured in April)
'Some people write to me but I don't even get it on time. It's got my name and my postcode - but the wrong house.
'It’s obscene, being banned for two years. Two years is a long time and I don’t deserve it, it’s a load of b*******. Everyone says my pink Range Rover is gone but I still have it, I just don’t drive it.
'Well, I can’t now because people like the police do pull me over and I’m like "what have I done", and their attitude is ‘’what’s with the attitude’’ and I’m like "why have you pulled me over?"
'They just want to be nosey, they know it’s me, who else has a pink car in the area?', she added.
All over the place: Katie went on to claim that court letters had been sent to houses in her area as they share the same postcode
Enraged: 'It’s obscene, being banned for two years. Two years is a long time and I don’t deserve it, it’s a load of b*******', she added
Katie did not attend the sentencing hearing on October 10 at Bexley Magistrates Court, claiming she was only due to return to London Gatwick Airport in the morning.
This is the sixth time Katie has been banned from the roads. Last month, she revealed she was selling her garish £75,000 pink Range Rover and Fiat Ducato horsebox 'because they get her into trouble'.
Her lawyers wrote to the court to try and adjourn the hearing because she was out of the country.
But District Judge Robert Hunter refused any further delays, telling Bexley Magistrates' Court: 'This hearing has already been adjourned once. This date was agreed by both sides. I am not inclined to further adjourn this matter.'
Bold: 'They just want to be nosey, they know it’s me, who else has a pink car in the area?', the brunette furiously said
The court heard Price already had six points on her licence for previous offences, and she was slapped with a further six for her latest offence - leading her to be banned.
The judge gave her a £440 fine, a £44 surcharge and ordered her to pay £100 in costs.
Katie claimed at the hearing in August that she had been working to get her life back on track, and blamed the incident on her mental health and post-traumatic stress disorder.
She repeatedly denied she had been driving and claimed the driver was her on-off boyfriend Kris Boyson's friend. The media personality has been banned from driving a number of times in the past.
Some of her previous convictions - including a disqualification from January 2018, driving while disqualified last July, and six points for an offence she was convicted of in January this year, were read to the court.
In 2012, she was disqualified for a year after failing to respond to two speeding tickets. Last February, Katie was banned for six months after failing to tell police who was driving when her car was caught breaking a 50mph speed limit near her home.
She was banned because she already had six points on her licence and was handed a further six by a court.
The Eurovision star was also banned for three months in January after being caught driving while disqualified and without insurance last summer.
And in February earlier this year, she was banned for three months for being almost twice the legal limit while in charge of her pink Range Rover last October.
No-show: Katie did not attend the hearing on October 10 at Bexley Magistrates Court, claiming she was only due to return to Gatwick Airport in the morning (pictured in February)
She was found slumped in the back of the 4x4 after police saw it hit a grass verge minutes before in Shooter's Hill, Greenwich, South East London.
The former Loose Women panellist recently refuted claims that she will be forced to give up her home as she is due back in court over bankruptcy repayments.
She avoided bankruptcy last December after reaching an agreement over a £22,000 tax bill.
